At an altitude of 3203 metres above sea level and surrounded by Austria’s highest peaks, the magnificent Kitzsteinhorn mountain and glacier are part of the Hohe Tauern National Park, the Alps’ biggest and most beautiful park located in the district of Kaprun.

The glacier ice does not melt, making a visit here dazzling at any time of year, and with snow on the mountain guaranteed from October to early summer, skiers and boarders can indulge their passion all year round.
